Book Review: Impostors By Scott Westerfeld

I finished Impostors my Scott Westerfeld recently… I’ve been so solely focused on reading things that will help with my blog that I’ve been slacking on my YA and fiction reading… I had to make myself pick up a book the other day, and I told myself that the next blog post I do will be a book review! Because I have not done a book review in too long. Of course, I decided to pick up Scott Westerfeld’s new book. But first, A little personal The past couple weeks have been a little stressful on me. My day job has been stressing me out and then I get home…

    Wildcard Review

I don’t know if I’m ready for this yet, but here’s my Wildcard review… I read Wildcard last week and oh… my… gosh… Honestly, Marie Lu has yet to disappoint me in anyway. So, if you’ve been following my blog posts you know that the first Marie Lu book I read was Warcross. After Warcross… to pass time before Wildcard I started to read every other Marie Lu book. I read the Legend series and the Young Elites series. This is about the time I fell in love with Marie Lu. I’ve been waiting for Wildcard for what seems like forever (it was on my most anticipated releases for September…

In a world, far, far away… Just kidding. Well, actually not really. Contagion is a sci-fi space novel. Contagion was sooooo good. I finished it last night and I still can’t stop thinking about it. I did not realize that is was going to be a book with a sequel though. So… There’s quite the cliffhanger at the end that I was not ready for. I kind of expected it. I was getting closer and closer to the end of the book and I started to realize that there just weren’t enough pages left for a satisfying ending. But, I highly recommend this book. This book was on my most anticipated releases of…

The Bird and the Blade Review

I listened to 4 audiobooks this week!!!! Four… I listen to audiobooks when I’m at work now. I downloaded the 30-day free trial on Scribd. I definitely recommend doing this! I also finished one physical book this week. That was The Bird and the Blade by Megan Bannen. If you follow me on Instagram and watch my stories, you know I was not a fan of this ending. I do, however, know some readers who would probably be okay with this ending. Maybe it’s a little more realistic. But, realistic isn’t always for me. I wasn’t expecting a ‘realistic’ ending. This book was on my Most Anticipated Releases of June list. It…

    Since You’ve Been Gone

This past week I read Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson. This book was such a sweet and cute and overall happy love story to read! It had me smiling throughout! A Court of Thorns and Roses Review

Hey guys! This past week I started the Court of Thorns and Roses series. I decided to do a review on each individual book, that way the book is fresh in my mind. I will just continue to add to this post as I finish each book, so when I’m finished with the series all the books will be in one post… I am currently reading through book two. I finished book one on Thursday. I did not do a good job of marking pages in this book like I told myself I would do after the last series I read. I am doing a better job in book two…
